Richelle Fitzl (Mercure) 1991-1993

After graduating from ASU in 1996 I continued pursuing dance back home in the Chicago area. One of the highlights was dancing as a World Champion Chicago Bulls Luvabull Cheerleader during the 1996-1997 NBA season. Since then, dance has continued to be one of my favorite hobbies and I get my fill by participating in a local LA jazz dance company that performs an annual production. I have been married since 1998 to a childhood friend and we are expecting our first child this November 2007. I’ve resided in Los Angeles since 1997 and work as a high school teacher teaching Spanish for Spanish speakers (my major at ASU) and am also an assistant coach for the Color Guard team.

Elisa Vizcarra 1999-2003

After graduating ASU, I moved to the windy city…CHICAGO…a.k.a the coldest place on earth. Besides the weather, I love everything else that the city has to offer. I have a wonderful boyfriend of 3 years, Federico. We both work at a Hispanic event marketing company, Cardenas Marketing Network, where I coordinate and execute concerts, promotions, and special events all over the country. I travel A LOT for work, and thanks to frequent flier miles we have been able to travel the world on some awesome vacations to Jamaica, Italy, Spain, France, Brazil, and Argentina (Fede’s home) to name a few. We just purchased a condo in Chicago and look forward to what the future has to offer.

I really miss dancing and love to look back on all of my pictures and videos from the ASU Dance Team because those were some great memories. GO MUNCHKINS!

Heather Langham 2000-2003(Captain 2002-2003)
(Homecoming Coordinator)

After graduating from ASU in 2003 I started working for the Phoenix Theatre. I performed in Chicago, Swing, Cabaret, and A Chorus Line (I played the part of Christine, the dancer that cannot sing! Go Figure!) I also worked as a choreographer at the theatre as well. I coached PVHS's Pom line and Millennium High Schools Dance Team also for one year while teaching dance at Conservatory of Dance. In March of 2006 I moved to LA to pursue my dance career. In July of 2006 I moved to New York City! I lived in Hells Kitchen and the Upper West Side. It was the best experience of my life. A job brought me back to Cali in December of 2006. So here I am in LA again about to sign with an agency and life could not be better! (I work with Gina too, so that is fun!) I am still working for the National Dance Alliance, this year will be my 10th year with the company and I was just awarded Top Head Instructor. NDA has given me so many opportunities. I am one of the Head Instructors on the college circuit. I am one of the Choreographers for High School and College Cirriculum, and most exciting I have judged High School Nationals for the past 5 years and had the opportunity to judge College Nationals in Daytona! I am single!! LOL I think I will always be, I live my domestic life through Gina and Lindsay!! THE ORIGINAL MAMMOTHS!!! Yes we are all still best friends! And last but not least I have been coordinating Homecoming for the past 4 years! We have a great time and each year our numbers grow! So, to all of you alumni, you must come to Homecoming 2007!!!
We will have the choreography on our myspace page which you can access by going to www.myspace.com/asudtalumni

Donya Maiorino (Pettit) 2000-2003

I am currently working my dream job as a high school guidance counselor in Gilroy, CA. The picture above is of me and my hubby of two years, Johnny, at the senior prom (he loves when I drag him to these things, ha). We own a cute 3 bedroom home in Hollister, CA with a large yard for our golden retriever puppy, Maverick. Johnny and I recently bought a ski boat and have taken up wakeboarding. The best part about working in a school is that I have summers off to enjoy it!!! Johnny continues to work as a Deputy for the Monterey County Sheriff’s Dept. We hope to see all of you at homecoming. Go Devils!!!

My husband and I have a 2 year old son named Ethan. Other than enjoying motherhood, I recently graduated from ASU with honors through the Department of Kinesiology. I can't tell you how difficult it was to go to school while raising a young child. But, I'm thrilled to be able to say my hard work and dedication finally paid off! Currently, I am a stay at home Mom, and I'm loving it!

Gina Saccente 2001-2003

I currently live in Los Angeles and work at a Country Club as an Event Coordinator. Since graduating from ASU, I no longer dance but my memories will live with me forever. My years on the danceteam were so unforgettable and I still talk to all my best friends that I made through my danceteam years. Heather and I are still close as ever and I talk to Mammoth & Elisa all of the time. I recently got engaged to another ASU alumni. Somehow we never knew each other at ASU, but we met in California and are inseparable. Garrett is my best friend and I cannot wait to marry him! I am so blessed and thankful for where I am at in my life. My fiancé, family, job, & friends are so amazing and I couldn’t ask for anything more!

All of those who are currently on the danceteam, enjoy every moment of it! College will go by so fast and before you know it…you will be staring at Sun Devil Stadium from the field knowing that it is your last performance. Sing the Alma Mater with pride! Go devils!!!

Melissa McAdams 2001-2004

For the past two years, I have been a full time dance teacher at Estrella Foothills High School in Goodyear and also head coach for the Dance Team. This past March, I took the dance team to Nationals for the first time. We had a ball! In a few weeks, I will say my goodbyes to EFHS, and embark on my journey into motherhood. That’s right…I’m due July 17th, with baby girl Norah. I plan to be a stay at home mom for the next few years. James is still at University of Phoenix and is now a manager of Academic Councilors. This June, we will celebrate our three year anniversary. We have a cute 3-bedroom house in South Phoenix. Last July, I graduated with my Masters of Arts in Education degree from University of Phoenix. About a year and a half ago our family of 2 became a family of three when we brought home Shelby, our yellow lab mix. Shelby is now a year and a half old. In about 12 weeks, our family of 3 will grow to a family of 4 when Norah comes into the world. Life is great in the McAdams family.

Kristin McKee 2001-2004

I graduated from ASU in 2004, and finished up with my graduate degree from Northern Arizona University in 2006. I moved to Orange County about 6 months ago to work as a speech pathologist. I love my job and what I get to do every day! Other than that, I'm a pretty boring gal! Majority of my favorite memories were from dance team . . . nothing beats being down on that field! And of course . . POLE MCKEE!
